On Monday we played 9 pins and dodgeball and it was quite fun. we didn't spend so much time playing either game since we were given a talk first. i did really bad during nine pins, the game makes me anxious and hesitant every time. i remember in 7th grade when we would play the same sort of game but instead of pins (or parts of pool noodles in our case) we used cones, like actual cones that are cones and are pretty hard to knock down. it was easier attempting to run and knock down other people's cones since they were big and they were heavier so it buys you more time to not have someone knock down your own cone while you're gone. i always enjoyed playing that game in 7th grade, but everything changes when you use much lighter and flimsier things as pins. otherwise 9 pin was fun, but i was awful at it.
dodgeball was pretty fun. i used to do a lot during games of dodgeball in 7th grade, but we played dodgeball like every other p.e. day so my confidence and i guess skill kind of went down. i did more near the end though, but overall i didn't do so much. i find myself not doing much during games such as 9 pins or dodgeball, and i think it's because they were games i played when i was younger and my motives were different when we had gym/p.e. games like these are honestly just like more of those games where if you don't put in your all or participate as much as you should, the game becomes boring and leisurely. these games should be fun for you and everyone else playing. im not sure but playing indoor games feel different from playing games outdoors. whAT AM I EVEN SAYING ANYMORE!?! ok.
also i need to take pictures more as proof but i hate having my phone with me and taking it out to take a photo. i always forget too, even though it was just on my mind a few moments ago, but whenever i remember again its too late lol.
